We stayed there to attend Rupp Arena NCAA game between Louisville Cardinals and Creighton. Although Louisville took the loss we loved the experience. The Louisville basketball team was also staying there so we got multiple pictures with Pat Kelsy and the players in the hotel lobby. There was also an incident out front while we were sitting on the bench outside in front of the lobby someone passed out and hit her head on the bench. The staff was really great at handling the situation and gave us vouchers to use while we were there for staying to assist the situation as well.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room did not have internet so we were asked if we wanted another room. We took the offer and a wonderful man named Lamont made two trips with our luggage to our new room one floor down. He was so thoughtful, he took us on the service elevator so no one would see us in our pajamas. What a wonderful thing to do for three ladies. Lamont was special.

I like that the hotel was walking distance from The Red Mile for a concert.

I really enjoyed the staff with their great hospitality. The location is excellent looking over triangle Park and just two blocks from Jeff Rubys. I enjoyed Lex live which you can walk above the skywalks and stay out. The weather is a great convenience.

Awesome location. Attended Friday Night SmackDown at Rupp Arena. Just a quick 5 minutes away walking. Close to any food you’d want. Goodfellas was our choice and seems to be the popular pick. Very comfortable beds. Didn’t get to use the pool due to our timing. :( but it looked amazing and fun. The view from 729 is amazing. You can see the arena and the square. Very nice view.

We loved how close the hotel was to lots of restaurants, shopping and the Rupp Arena. It was very clean and spacious. Hotel parking was easy to figure out. We loved the connecting walkways to Rupp Arena.

Nice and modern! Prime location in downtown Lexington! Everything in walking distance! Bed was ULTRA COMFY, but not too soft! Coffee maker in room was a plus! Shower worked GREAT! Pool was super clean and REALLY WARM! It felt like a warm bath! Perfect for sore muscles after traveling! The restaurants and bar was nice with VERY GOOD FOOD! I recommend you get the Buffett, ask for Chase as he’s a PHENOMENAL server! Best one I think I may have ever had! Parking is easy, I chose to Valet my car. Every time I called (both times) for something they got it for me right away! Their gym is state of the art, and the pool ALWAYS has clean towels! I will absolutely stay here again! Oh and the front desk staff was AMAZING!!!

Room service food was good, delivered hot, and not too costly. The guy that delivered our food was really nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The location was perfect - just what we needed. It was only a matter of steps to Rupp Arena. Our room was awesome; the bathroom was huge and well-appointed, the furniture - particularly the wonderfully comfy bed - was nice and very enjoyable - and the overall experience was top-notch.

The location is perfect and the view of the city is amazing! Our room was large with plenty of space. I loved that we could easily walk anywhere downtown.
